A room should be photographed the way it feels — or why bother.
Hospitality is sold on a feeling. Someone decides to book the hotel, try the restaurant, walk into the spa because a picture made them want to be there. If the photo is technically correct but cold, the feeling doesn’t transfer — and neither does the booking.
Hotel-, Food- & Interior-Fotografie in Wien
When people say ‘we need new photos,’ what they’re usually after is more specific than that: images that make someone book the room (or the table). For that you need images that make people recognize your place before they’ve set foot in it. We photograph hotels, restaurants, food and interiors for the atmosphere first. Table settings, textures, detail shots. The goal isn’t just to document your space, it’s to build a consistent visual identity out of it. Food, interiors and details, shot as one connected story.
Usually we come to you. The whole point of hospitality photography is theactual space — its light, its proportions, its atmosphere. But if studio-style lighting turns out to be the right call for a particular shot, we bring our own setup on-site rather than asking you to come to us.
It depends on the space, and that's a real conversation worth having before the shoot. South-facing rooms, golden-hour exteriors, a restaurant that only comes alive at night — we plan the schedule around when your space actually looks best.
Yes, and it usually makes sense to. They tell the same story, and shooting them together keeps the look consistent and the cost down. We just plan the order carefully.
It depends more on how far the renovation has come than on whether it's 'done' — often there's a good window once the main structure and surfaces are finished, even before every last detail is finished. (There is often a work-around to achieve a great outcome anyways.) If you let us know your timeline, we're happy to take a look and give you an honest opinion on whether it's worth shooting now or waiting a little longer.
